You have reached technical support for the PowerElf II server appliance. Because Greencomputer is responsible for developing the hardware, operating system and many built-in applications, our support team can assist you with your unique networking questions. Please Note: Our antivirus supplier is currently upgrading their FTP servers to handle additional traffic. If you are receiving error messages from VAMS about database reloads, you may safely ignore those email messages this week. The upgrade should be complete very soon.

1. Read your PowerElf manual When you get your new PowerElf you will also receive a comprehensive manual with lots of screenshots and step-by-step instructions explaining everything from initial setup to advanced configurations.  Your users manual is written in easy to understand terms and all functions are explained to ensure you get the most out of your new server.
2. Log into the online support site The password-protected online support site contains valuable information and instructions for administering your appliance. The support sites offers everything from a complete online version of the manual, a complete technical knowledgebase, instructions on new security alerts and simple quick and easy tips for getting the most out of your PowerElf II. If you do not have a username and password for this site please email Greencomputer with your name, email address, PowerElf model, and serial number.

Greencomputer offers e-mail technical support for our customers. E-mail inquires allow us to look into your problem before contacting you with a solution. Simply email support@greencomputer.com. Please have your model number available before contacting us.
4. Contact technical via telephone Before calling us, have you tried sending an email to support@greencomputer.com or looking for your answer in the knowlegebase? Many basic questions can be quickly answered via email and is the prefered method of communication for technical support staff.
